I don't know if 'looking your Easter best' is a saying in English, but in Dutch it is! So just roll with it! Even if you don't celebrate the holiday, it's always an excuse for dressing up fabulously in muted pastels with a pop of colour. And it's always happy hour somewhere in the world, so bust out the booze!
Don't-sue-me-this-is-not-America-disclaimer: Style For Guys does not advocate alcohol abuse. Drink responsibly, y'all! And if you don't, make sure you wake up in time to untag yourself from all the embarassing pictures.

Live For The Weekend
No modern man should be without a high-key weekender bag. For short city trips or a day or two by the seaside, just neatly fold your outfits in these leather pieces of heaven. Pricy? Yes. Worth the investment? Also yes. These bags are made to last beyond any trend or whim, these bags are forever.
Unless you like drive over them with your car, then you're f***ed.

Immi & The German Kids: The C&A fashion show!
"Deciding what to wear to a fashion show is one of life's hardest tasks, young sensei", Confucius once famously did not say. He couldn't have been more right! I was invited to the C&A A/W 11 show in Düsseldorf, Germany this Wednesday: time for my report!

04:45 am
"Wake up, b****, U've got a Fash Show", my phone so kindly informed me at the crack of dawn. As excited as I was, I didn't need much coaxing to get up out of bed! The evening before was spent frantically deciding what to wear and asking Twitter for advice, but I finally laid out an outfit for me to wear. A lot of public transport, weird outfit stares from early revelers ("What? These violet short shorts? I'm going to a fashion show, y'all!") and an eventful ride ("Wait, I think we're going in circles, doesn't this power plant look familiar?") with my girl, Patricia, later: I was at C&A HQ to get on the VIP bus to Düsseldorf! You know how sometimes you wake up in the morning feeling like P. Diddy? Well this bus totally defined that feeling!
Shoez! Patricia (Chie Mihara), Tiany and me (Vans)!
Annebeth is feeling it!
Like any fab fashionista: shoe change! Tiany's amazing Zanotti's and Elspeth's fab Robert Clergerie's

What I Wish I Wore Today
As I was lugging my heavy bag around in sweat-inducing skinny jeans and a thick Abercrombie tee today, I thought to myself: "**** this! Why am I always so frantically afraid of being cold that I never seem to wear anything temperature-appropriate?"
So here's what I wish I wore today. Too bad the day is over. Sigh.

Studs 'n' Soda
This spring, I want to be a punk rocker. I want to move to London and shave my hair. Perhaps an odd tattoo or two and a pierced ear. It's good to be bad, and these designers agree.

Superior Interior (¡Dos!)
It's been a while, mis chicos, since I've done an interior post! As I've mentioned before, what good is having all these droolworthy outfits if you're just going to end up strewing them over some grubby frat dorm floor covered in questionable sticky spots! Even if your space is muy pequeño (I don't know what's up with the Spanish either; just roll with it, I guess), you can make magic happen with a little scented candle here, a lick of cream paint and a spread of fresh VMans and Vogue Hommes there. You'll dig these digs, cholo!
Feel free to stop me at any time now, señor!
Mierda.

Style For Guys Turns TWO!
Today this blog enters its sophomore year, and I couldn't be more happy or grateful. I don't mean to get mushy, but I mean to get mushy: without you readers I'd have never gone on the amazing travels, met the inspiringly fabulous people and acquire the work experience I have over the past two years. I couldn't have done it without all you guys' support, comments and interest. I also wouldn't be where I am now without the KNOTORYUS team, who "discovered" me and jumpstarted my "career" by putting me in De Standaard Magazine one year ago. I decided to make a little personal look-back at two years in blogging! So cheers, big kiss and to the next two (hundred)!
